Delivery Policy
This Delivery Policy describes how and when S.C. CROCKY S.R.L. ("Crocky", "we", "us") delivers its hosting and related services. It forms an integral part of our Terms and Conditions.
Crocky provides digital services only. No physical goods are shipped. "Delivery" means the provisioning and activation of the ordered service so that it becomes usable by you.
1. When Delivery Starts
Delivery starts once:
- Your Order has been confirmed by our system; and
- Payment has been received and reconciled; and
- Any required fraud or identity checks have been completed satisfactorily.
For payment methods with settlement delay (bank transfer, certain Treasury payments), delivery begins only when the funds actually clear in our account.

These times are indicative targets. We will use commercially reasonable efforts to meet them in all cases.
3. Manual Review
For Orders that trigger our fraud-prevention checks (in particular dedicated servers, high-value Orders, and first Orders from new accounts), we may delay provisioning while we carry out verification. We may ask you for additional information such as proof of identity, proof of payment, or company documents. During this review, the delivery times in Section 2 are paused.
If, following the review, we decide not to provision the service, we will refund any amount paid in full.
4. Confirmation of Delivery
Once your service is provisioned, we send a delivery confirmation e-mail to the address registered in the Client Area, containing:
- The product ordered;
- Access credentials or instructions (or a link to them in the Client Area);
- Any relevant server details (IP address, hostname, control panel URL).
It is your responsibility to keep the e-mail address in the Client Area accurate and monitored.
5. Domain Names - Specific Rules
Domain registration is subject to the rules of the relevant registry and to checks by the registrar. Delivery depends on:
- Registry availability of the requested name at the moment the Order is submitted;
- Registrar processing;
- DNS propagation (typically a few minutes to 48 hours).
If the domain cannot be registered (for example, because it is taken at the moment the registry processes the request), we refund the amount paid for that domain in full.
6. Delays and Failure to Deliver
If, for reasons attributable to Crocky, we fail to deliver a service within the times stated in Section 2, you may:
- Extend the delivery deadline by giving us written notice at support@crocky.host with a reasonable additional period; or
- Cancel the Order and receive a full refund of the amount paid, if the failure is material or the extended deadline also expires.
If the delay is caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control (see Section 9), the delivery time is extended by the duration of the event and we will keep you informed.
7. Upstream Provider Dependencies
Certain delivery times depend on the upstream provider (OVH, Contabo, or any other provider we use) actually making the hardware available. Dedicated server delivery times in particular assume normal upstream availability. If an upstream provider delays the hardware delivery, we will inform you and either offer an alternative configuration, extend the delivery deadline, or refund your Order.
8. Configuration and Setup Assistance
Unless the service is explicitly described as "managed" (e.g. managed WordPress hosting), delivery includes only the provisioning of the environment and default credentials. Configuration of applications, websites, DNS records, e-mail accounts, game server plugins, migrations, and similar tasks is your responsibility. Optional paid assistance may be available as published on https://crocky.host.
9. Force Majeure
Delivery times do not apply in the event of circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, armed conflict, acts of terrorism, pandemics, government actions, strikes, failures of telecommunications or electricity networks, upstream-provider outages, large-scale cyber-attacks, or embargoes.
