1. PARTIES, SUBJECT MATTER AND APPLICABILITY
1.1. This Domain Registration Agreement (the "Agreement") is concluded between S.C. CROCKY S.R.L. (CUI RO50515950, J2024020698007, Str. Drăgaica nr. 5, sat Balasan, mun. Băilești, jud. Dolj, Romania), operating under the trade names "CrockyHost" and "Crocky" (the "Provider"), and any Client ordering the registration, renewal, transfer or management of a domain name through the Provider (the "Holder" or "Client").
1.2. The Agreement forms an integral part of the General Terms and Conditions of Service (the "Terms"), published at https://crocky.host/legal/terms-of-services, and applies to all domain names ordered through the Provider, whether ordered separately, together with a hosting service or included in a plan (for example WaaS). The Client accepts the Agreement when placing any Order that includes a domain name.
1.3. In case of conflict between the Agreement and the Terms, the Agreement prevails with respect to domain names. In case of conflict between the Agreement and the mandatory policies of the registrar, the registry or ICANN, the latter prevail to the extent they are mandatory.
2. ROLE OF THE PROVIDER, THE REGISTRAR AND THE REGISTRIES
2.1. The Provider is not an accredited registrar. The Provider acts as a reseller of the accredited registrar NETIM (NETIM SARL, France, https://www.netim.com), through which domain names are registered, renewed, transferred and managed. The actual registration is performed by NETIM, on behalf of the Holder, in the registry of the relevant extension.
2.2. Each domain extension (TLD) is administered by a separate registry, which sets its own binding rules. By way of example: ROTLD (National Institute for Research and Development in Informatics, ICI Bucharest) for .ro; EURid for .eu; Verisign for .com and .net; Public Interest Registry for .org; Identity Digital, GoDaddy Registry and other registries for the new gTLDs; national registries for other ccTLDs.
2.3. By registering a domain name, the Holder accepts and undertakes to comply with: (a) this Agreement; (b) NETIM's general terms of sale and policies, available at https://www.netim.com/en/documents; (c) the rules of the registry of the relevant extension; (d) for generic domains (gTLD), the ICANN policies applicable to registrants, including the Registrants' Benefits and Responsibilities, the Uniform Domain Name Dispute Resolution Policy (UDRP), the Uniform Rapid Suspension (URS), the Transfer Policy and the Expired Registration Recovery Policy (ERRP). These documents may be amended by their issuers without notice from the Provider.
2.4. The Provider may change the registrar through which it operates, with notice to the Holder and without affecting the Holder's rights in the domain name.
3. DEFINITIONS
- "Domain name": a name registered under an extension (TLD), for example example.ro or example.com.
- "Holder" or "Registrant": the natural or legal person in whose name the domain name is registered and who holds the related rights and obligations.
- "Registrar": the entity accredited by ICANN or by a registry to register domain names; in this case, NETIM.
- "Registry": the entity administering the central database of an extension.
- "Authorisation code", "AuthInfo" or "EPP code": the secret code required to transfer a domain name to another registrar.
- "Grace period": the interval after expiry during which the domain name may be renewed at the standard price, if the registry allows it.
- "Redemption period": the interval after the grace period during which the domain name may be recovered against an additional fee.
- "Contacts": the data of the persons designated for the domain name: holder (registrant), administrative contact, technical contact and billing contact.
4. THE DOMAIN NAME HOLDER AND REGISTRATION DATA
4.1. The domain name is registered in the Client's name, who becomes the Holder, unless the Client expressly indicates, at the time of the Order, another person as Holder (for example a reseller's end customer), in which case the Client warrants that they have that person's mandate and communicates this Agreement to them.
4.2. The Holder warrants that: (a) the registration data provided (name/company name, address, e-mail, telephone, identification number where required) are accurate, complete and up to date; (b) they will update them within 7 days of any change; (c) the registration and use of the domain name do not infringe third-party rights (trademarks, trade names, copyright, personal names) and are not made in bad faith; (d) the domain name will not be used for unlawful purposes.
4.3. Providing false, inaccurate or incomplete data, as well as failing to update them, constitutes a serious breach and may lead to suspension or cancellation of the domain name by the registrar or registry, without refund and without liability of the Provider.
4.4. The Holder is solely responsible for choosing the domain name, for verifying its availability and lawfulness and for the consequences of registration. The Provider does not verify and does not warrant that a domain name does not infringe third-party rights.
4.5. The Provider may appear as technical or billing contact for day-to-day administration, without this conferring any right in the domain name.
5. DOMAIN NAME REGISTRATION
5.1. The registration request is submitted to the registry only after confirmation of full payment. Until confirmed by the registry, the Provider does not guarantee the availability of the domain name; the availability check displayed on the website is for information only and may be overtaken by events between the time of the check and the time of registration.
5.2. Registration is usually effective within minutes for most extensions, but may take up to 5 business days for extensions requiring additional checks (for example supporting documents, local presence, eligibility conditions).
5.3. If the domain name cannot be registered (it has become unavailable, is reserved, blocked, refused by the registry, or the Holder does not meet the eligibility conditions), the Provider refunds the amount paid for registration in full or credits it to the Account, at the Client's choice, within 14 days at most.
5.4. Certain extensions impose eligibility conditions (for example .eu: residence, establishment or citizenship in an EU/EEA member state; certain ccTLDs: local presence; restricted extensions: membership of a profession or category). The Holder is responsible for meeting and proving these; the Provider may request documents before submitting the request.
5.5. The registration period is the one chosen at the time of the Order (usually between 1 and 10 years, depending on the extension). The expiry date is the one set by the registry and displayed in the Account.
5.6. The Provider does not register domain names during pre-registration periods (sunrise, landrush) or by auction except on the basis of a separate written request, under specific conditions.
6. PRICES, PAYMENT AND NON-REFUNDABLE NATURE
6.1. Registration, renewal, transfer, redemption and optional service prices are those displayed on the website or in the Account at the time of the Order, per extension. Prices may be changed for future periods, in particular following changes to registry fees or exchange rates; changes do not affect periods already paid.
6.2. Certain extensions have domain names classified by the registry as "premium", with prices different from standard ones, both on registration and on renewal. The premium price is displayed before the Order is confirmed.
6.3. All amounts paid for the registration, renewal, transfer, redemption or change of holder of a domain name are non-refundable under any circumstances, including in case of: typing error by the Client; subsequent loss of interest; non-use of the domain name; suspension or cancellation for breach of the Agreement, the AUP or the law; lost dispute; exercise of the right of withdrawal by a Consumer (see Section 20). The only exception is that under art. 5.3.
6.4. The Provider does not issue pro forma invoices; the Order directly generates the Invoice, and the registration or renewal request is submitted to the registry only after payment is received.
7. TERM, RENEWAL AND EXPIRY
7.1. The domain name is registered for the paid period and expires on the date set by the registry. Renewal extends the period by the chosen number of years, calculated from the current expiry date, not from the date of payment.
7.2. Automatic renewal. If the automatic renewal option and a valid payment method are active in the Account, the Provider issues the renewal Invoice 30 days before expiry and attempts automatic collection. The Client may disable automatic renewal at any time from the Account, before the Invoice is issued.
7.3. Notices. The Provider sends expiry notices by e-mail to the address in the Account approximately 30, 14 and 7 days before expiry and, for gTLD domains, in accordance with ERRP requirements, at least two notices before and one after expiry. The Holder is responsible for maintaining a functional e-mail address and for checking it; failure to receive notices is not a ground for exemption.
7.4. Renewal is deemed completed only after confirmation of receipt of payment by the Provider and processing by the registry. Payment made in the last days before expiry, by methods involving delayed settlement (bank transfer, SEPA), may not be processed in time, the risk being borne by the Client.
7.5. Non-payment of the renewal Invoice does not constitute cancellation of the domain name and does not release the Client from the consequences of expiry described in Section 8. A Client who does not wish to renew shall disable automatic renewal from the Account.
8. GRACE PERIOD, REDEMPTION AND RELEASE
8.1. If the domain name is not renewed by the expiry date, the following stages usually apply, the durations of which vary depending on the extension and on the registry and registrar policy at the relevant date:
- (a) Expiry: the domain name is deactivated by the registry or the registrar (the associated website and e-mail stop working), and the DNS records may be replaced with a parking page indicating expiry;
- (b) Grace period (auto-renew grace period): usually between 0 and 45 days after expiry, depending on the extension, during which the domain name may be renewed at the standard renewal price;
- (c) Redemption grace period: usually 30 days after the grace period, for gTLD domains and some ccTLDs, during which the domain name may be recovered only against a redemption fee of [80-150] EUR (variable per extension, displayed in the Account), plus the renewal price;
- (d) Pending delete: approximately 5 days during which the domain name can no longer be recovered by any means;
- (e) Release: the domain name becomes available for registration by anyone, including third parties who may register it immediately through automated services ("drop catching"), without any liability of the Provider.
8.2. The Provider displays in the Account the expiry date and, to the extent of the information received from the registrar, the applicable stages and deadlines. The exact deadlines are those of the registry and the registrar and may be changed by them.
8.3. For .ro domains, the specific rules in Section 17 apply, which differ from those above.
8.4. The Provider is not liable for the loss of a domain name as a result of failure to renew on time, failure to update the payment method or contact data, payment rejection or failure to read notices, nor for the resulting damages (loss of website, e-mail, traffic, customers or reputation).
9. TRANSFERS BETWEEN REGISTRARS
9.1. Transfer to another registrar (outbound). The Holder may transfer the domain name to another registrar at any time, subject to the following conditions: (a) all Invoices relating to the domain name have been paid; (b) the domain name is not within a transfer lock period imposed by ICANN policy (60 days from initial registration, from the last transfer or from the last change of holder, for gTLDs) or by the registry; (c) the domain name is not suspended, locked due to a dispute or by order of an authority; (d) the "transfer lock" status (clientTransferProhibited) has been disabled by the Holder from the Account.
9.2. The authorisation code (AuthInfo/EPP) is obtained by the Holder directly from the Account or, on request, is sent by the Provider to the Holder's e-mail address within 5 business days at most. The Provider does not charge fees for providing the code or for unlocking the transfer. The authorisation code is confidential and the Holder is responsible for its use.
9.3. After the transfer is initiated at the new registrar, the Holder may receive from the current registrar (NETIM) a confirmation or refusal e-mail; failure to respond within the indicated period usually leads to automatic approval of the transfer for gTLDs, within 5 days at most. Renewals made in the last days before a transfer may be lost for some extensions; the Holder assumes this risk.
9.4. Transfer to the Provider (inbound). Transferring a domain name from another registrar to the Provider requires: (a) the authorisation code from the current registrar; (b) unlocking the transfer at the current registrar; (c) a valid e-mail address of the Holder in WHOIS or in the current registrar's records, for confirmation; (d) payment of the transfer fee, which, for most extensions, includes a one-year renewal from the current expiry date. The transfer may take up to 7 days for gTLDs and longer for ccTLDs. If the transfer fails for reasons not attributable to the Provider (wrong code, refusal, lock), the fee is credited to the Account for a new attempt or refunded, at the Client's choice.
9.5. The Provider may refuse an inbound or outbound transfer request in the cases permitted by ICANN or registry policy: evidence of fraud, pending dispute, court order, non-payment, or a challenge to the identity of the person requesting the transfer.
9.6. Upon an outbound transfer, the domain name leaves the Provider's management; the associated services provided by the Provider (DNS, redirects, e-mail) cease, except for those contracted separately.
10. CHANGE OF HOLDER
10.1. A change of Holder (assignment of the domain name) is carried out at the written request of the current Holder, with the acceptance of the new Holder, through the procedure in the Account. For gTLD domains, the procedure involves e-mail confirmation by both parties, in accordance with the ICANN Transfer Policy, and, unless the current Holder expressly opts out, a 60-day lock on transfers to another registrar.
10.2. A change of holder may be subject to an administrative fee, displayed in the Account, and, for some extensions (including .ro), to additional registry requirements (documents, forms, registry fees).
10.3. The Provider may refuse a change of holder where there are indications of fraud, a pending dispute, unpaid Invoices or where the identity of the requester cannot be verified.
10.4. Correction of obvious data of the same Holder (address, telephone, correction of a typing error in the name) does not constitute a change of holder.
11. DNS MANAGEMENT AND ASSOCIATED SERVICES
11.1. The Provider makes available the management of name servers and DNS records from the Account or from the hosting panel, at no additional cost, for the duration of registration through the Provider. The Holder may also use third-party name servers.
11.2. The Holder is solely responsible for correctly configuring DNS records and name servers. The Provider is not liable for the website or e-mail not working due to incorrect configurations. Changes may take up to 48 hours to propagate globally.
11.3. DNSSEC may be enabled on request, for extensions that support it; the Holder is responsible for correctly managing the keys when changing name servers.
11.4. Optional services (redirects, e-mail forwarding, parking) are provided "as is", may be modified or withdrawn with prior notice and are not covered by the SLA.
12. CONTACT DATA, WHOIS AND PRIVACY
12.1. The data of the Holder and the Contacts are transmitted to the registrar NETIM and to the registry of the relevant extension, which process them as independent controllers, in accordance with their own privacy policies and ICANN or registry rules. For gTLD domains, certain data may also be transmitted to the escrow agent designated by ICANN.
12.2. Display in WHOIS/RDAP. Since the application of the GDPR, most registries and registrars no longer publicly display the personal data of natural person holders; publicly displayed data are usually limited to the extension, registrar, registration and expiry dates, status and name servers. Rules differ per extension: some registries (for example for legal entities or certain ccTLDs) display the name, country or e-mail address. The Holder acknowledges that publicly displayed data may be consulted by anyone.
12.3. Data protection (WHOIS privacy). For extensions that allow it, the Provider may enable, by default or on request, a contact data protection service whereby the data of a proxy service appear in public records instead of the Holder's. The protection does not apply towards the registrar, the registry, authorities, dispute resolution bodies or in cases where the law or ICANN policies require disclosure, and does not release the Holder from the obligation to provide genuine data.
12.4. Third parties with a legitimate interest (for example trademark holders, authorities, law enforcement) may obtain disclosure of the Holder's data from the registrar, as required by law and ICANN policies.
12.5. The processing of data by the Provider is described in the Privacy Policy, published at https://crocky.host/legal/privacy-policy.
13. CONTACT DATA VERIFICATION
13.1. For gTLD domains, ICANN policy requires verification of the Holder's e-mail address upon initial registration, upon change of holder or e-mail address and, periodically, at the registrar's request. The Holder will receive a verification e-mail from the registrar (NETIM) or from the Provider, with a confirmation link.
13.2. Failure to confirm within 15 days leads to suspension of the domain name (the website and e-mail stop working) until verification is completed. Suspension for this reason does not entitle the Holder to a refund or compensation.
13.3. The registrar or the registry may additionally request supporting documents regarding the identity, address or eligibility of the Holder; failure to provide them within the indicated period may lead to suspension or cancellation.
13.4. The Provider recommends adding the registrar's and the Provider's e-mail addresses to the safe senders list to avoid verification messages being classified as spam.
14. USE OF DOMAIN NAMES AND PROHIBITIONS
14.1. The Holder undertakes not to register or use domain names: (a) that infringe trademarks, trade names, copyright or other third-party rights; (b) in bad faith, for cybersquatting, typosquatting (misspelled variants of well-known names), brandjacking or for resale to legitimate holders; (c) for phishing, malware distribution, spam, fraud or any activity prohibited by the Provider's Acceptable Use Policy, published at https://crocky.host/legal/acceptable-use-policy; (d) to mislead as to an affiliation with a public institution, a bank, a service provider or a person; (e) for any purpose that is unlawful under Romanian, European or the registry state's law.
14.2. The Holder is fully liable for the use of the domain name by themselves, their users or persons to whom they have granted access, including for the content hosted under it, regardless of the hosting provider.
14.3. The Holder undertakes to indemnify the Provider, the registrar and the registry against any third-party claims arising from the registration or use of the domain name.
15. DOMAIN NAME DISPUTES
15.1. Domain names may be subject to dispute resolution proceedings initiated by third parties claiming rights in the name. The Holder agrees to submit to these proceedings, depending on the extension: (a) for gTLDs: the UDRP (Uniform Domain Name Dispute Resolution Policy) and the URS (Uniform Rapid Suspension), administered by ICANN-accredited providers (for example WIPO, Forum, CAC); (b) for .eu: the ADR procedure administered by the Czech Arbitration Court in Prague (CAC) and the provisions of Regulation (EU) 2019/517; (c) for .ro: the ROTLD dispute resolution procedure and the Romanian courts; (d) for other ccTLDs: the procedures of the relevant registry.
15.2. During a dispute, the domain name is locked against transfer and change of holder, and the Provider and the registrar may be required to implement protective measures.
15.3. The Provider and the registrar implement the decisions of dispute resolution bodies and court judgments (transfer, cancellation, suspension), without the Holder's confirmation being required and without liability towards the Holder. The Holder is not entitled to a refund in case of loss of a domain name following a dispute.
15.4. The Provider does not provide legal assistance in disputes and does not represent the Holder before dispute resolution bodies; it may provide, against payment, documents and technical information from its records.
16. SUSPENSION, LOCKING AND CANCELLATION
16.1. The domain name may be suspended (deactivated), locked (impossible to modify or transfer) or cancelled (deleted) by the Provider, the registrar or the registry in the following situations: (a) false, inaccurate or unverified registration data (Section 13); (b) non-payment (Section 8); (c) breach of the Agreement, the AUP, registrar or registry policies or the law; (d) pending dispute or decision of a dispute resolution body; (e) order of a court or competent authority, including from other jurisdictions, as required by law; (f) use for phishing, malware, botnets, CSAM or other serious abuse, in which case suspension may be immediate and without notice; (g) request of the Holder; (h) payment fraud or chargeback.
16.2. The Provider notifies the Holder of the suspension or cancellation as soon as possible, by e-mail, except where the law or an authority prohibits notification.
16.3. The Holder may contest a suspension ordered by the Provider at abuse@crocky.host, in accordance with the procedure in the Terms (Section 17 of the Terms). Suspensions ordered by the registrar, the registry or authorities are contested with them.
16.4. Suspension or cancellation for the reasons under art. 16.1(a), (c), (d), (f) and (h) does not entitle the Holder to any refund, credit or compensation.
17. SPECIFIC RULES FOR .RO DOMAINS
17.1. .ro domains are administered by ROTLD (National Institute for Research and Development in Informatics, ICI Bucharest), and registration is carried out through NETIM as a ROTLD partner. The Holder accepts the ROTLD Registration Rules and the ROTLD registration contract, available at https://www.rotld.ro, which prevail over this Agreement in case of conflict.
17.2. ROTLD requires genuine identification of the Holder: for natural persons, full name, address and, on request, personal identification number or an identity document; for legal entities, name, tax identification number, registration number and registered office address. Data may be verified by ROTLD, and providing false data leads to cancellation of the domain.
17.3. Expiry of .ro domains. .ro domains have a registration period of 1 to 10 years. Upon expiry, ROTLD applies its own deadlines, different from those for gTLDs under Section 8: on the expiry date, the domain enters the "pendingDelete" status and is deactivated (the website and e-mail stop working); for 90 days from the expiry date, the only permitted operation is renewal by the Holder, at the standard renewal price, without a redemption fee; after the 90 days, the domain is automatically deleted by ROTLD and immediately becomes available for registration by anyone. The deadlines are those published by ROTLD and may be changed by it.
17.4. Transfer of .ro domains between ROTLD partners is carried out with the authorisation code obtained by the Holder through the ROTLD procedure or through the current partner. A change of holder of a .ro domain is carried out through the ROTLD procedure, with the documents and fees it requires.
17.5. Disputes concerning .ro domains are resolved in accordance with the ROTLD procedure or by the Romanian courts. ROTLD may suspend or cancel a domain at the request of the competent authorities or on the basis of a court judgment.
17.6. There is no WHOIS privacy service for .ro domains within the meaning of art. 12.3; publicly displayed data are those determined by ROTLD (usually, for natural persons, no personal data are displayed).
18. SPECIFIC RULES FOR .EU AND OTHER ccTLDs
18.1. .eu: administered by EURid, in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2019/517 and the EURid Registration Rules. The Holder must be an EU citizen (regardless of residence), an EU/EEA resident or a legal entity established in the EU/EEA. Loss of eligibility leads to cancellation of the domain. Disputes are resolved through the ADR procedure (CAC Prague). .eu domains have no grace period at the registry: upon expiry, if not renewed, they are deleted and enter quarantine for 40 days, during which the website and e-mail do not work, but the domain may be reactivated by the Holder through the registrar, against the reactivation fee displayed in the Account; after the 40 days, the domain is released for registration by anyone. Domains revoked by EURid for failure to meet eligibility conditions can only be reactivated by EURid.
18.2. Other ccTLDs (.de, .fr, .it, .es, .uk, .nl, .pl etc.): the rules of the relevant registry apply, including eligibility conditions, transfer procedures (which may differ from ICANN's, for example with specific transfer codes or confirmation through the registry), expiry deadlines, dispute procedures and content restrictions. The Provider communicates, to the extent of the information received from the registrar, the specific conditions before the Order, but the Holder is responsible for consulting the registry rules.
19. SPECIFIC RULES FOR GENERIC DOMAINS (gTLD)
19.1. Generic domains (.com, .net, .org, .info, .biz and the new gTLDs such as .online, .site, .shop, .dev etc.) are subject to ICANN policies, including: (a) the Registrants' Benefits and Responsibilities, available at https://www.icann.org/resources/pages/benefits-2013-09-16-en; (b) the UDRP and URS (Section 15); (c) the Transfer Policy, including the 60-day lock after registration, transfer or change of holder; (d) the ERRP (Expired Registration Recovery Policy), concerning notices and post-expiry periods; (e) the Whois Accuracy Program Specification, concerning verification of contact data (Section 13).
19.2. The Holder acknowledges their rights under ICANN, including: the right to clear information on prices and deadlines; the right to transfer the domain name; the right to expiry notices; the right to protect their personal data to the extent permitted; the right to file a complaint with ICANN against the registrar.
19.3. Certain new gTLDs have usage restrictions imposed by the registry (for example .bank, .pharmacy, .law require verification; .dev and .app require mandatory HTTPS through HSTS preload). The Holder is responsible for complying with them.
20. CONSUMERS AND THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
20.1. In accordance with art. 16(a) and (c) of Romanian GEO no. 34/2014, the 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply to the registration, renewal, transfer or redemption of domain names, because: (a) the service is personalised, being performed according to the Consumer's specifications (the chosen name), and (b) the service is fully and irreversibly performed at the moment of registration in the registry, with the Consumer's prior express consent.
20.2. By placing the Order, the Consumer expressly requests the immediate start and full performance of the service before the expiry of the withdrawal period and confirms that they are aware that they lose the right of withdrawal once the service is fully performed. This confirmation is given by ticking the dedicated checkbox at the time of the Order.
20.3. All other Consumer rights under Romanian and European law remain unaffected. Consumers may contact ANPC and the ADR procedure in accordance with Section 25 of the Terms.
21. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
21.1. The Provider acts as an intermediary and is not liable for: (a) the decisions, errors, delays, unavailability or policy changes of the registrar, registries or ICANN; (b) the unavailability of a domain name at the time the request is submitted; (c) loss of the domain name through non-renewal, failure to verify data, expiry, dispute, order of authorities or release; (d) registration by third parties of an expired domain name; (e) infringement of third-party rights through the domain name chosen by the Holder; (f) the Holder's DNS configurations; (g) indirect damages (loss of traffic, customers, revenue, reputation).
21.2. To the extent permitted by law, the Provider's total liability to a Business Client in connection with a domain name may not exceed the amount actually paid by the Client to the Provider for that domain name in the last 12 months. For Consumers, the limitations permitted by law apply, in accordance with Section 20 of the Terms.
22. TERMINATION AND CONSEQUENCES
22.1. This Agreement terminates, for each domain name, upon: (a) transfer of the domain name to another registrar; (b) deletion of the domain name upon expiry or at the Holder's request; (c) cancellation by the registrar, the registry or authorities; (d) termination of the Terms between the Provider and the Client.
22.2. Upon termination of the Terms for any reason (including non-payment or AUP violation), the Provider notifies the Holder and grants a reasonable period of at least 14 days to transfer active domain names to another registrar, except in cases of fraud, serious abuse or order of authorities. The Provider may refuse to renew the domain names of a Client whose Account has been terminated.
22.3. Domain names cannot be "cancelled" with a refund before expiry; a Holder who no longer wants a domain name shall disable automatic renewal or request deletion, without refund.
23. CHANGES TO THIS AGREEMENT
23.1. The Provider may amend this Agreement with notice to the Holder by e-mail and display in the Account at least 30 days before it takes effect, in accordance with Section 23 of the Terms. Changes required by ICANN, the registrar, registries or the law may take effect immediately.
23.2. Changes to registry or registrar fees are reflected in renewal prices from the next period, without affecting periods already paid.
23.3. The current version is permanently published at https://crocky.host/legal/domain-registration-agreement.
24. FINAL PROVISIONS
24.1. This Agreement is governed by Romanian law, with the application, where applicable, of European Union regulations, ICANN policies and registry rules. Disputes between the Provider and the Client are resolved in accordance with Section 26 of the Terms; disputes concerning rights in the domain name are resolved in accordance with Section 15.
24.2. The language of the Agreement is Romanian; translations, including this English version, are for information purposes.
24.3. Questions regarding domain names may be sent to contact@crocky.host.
