From the client area you start, stop and reboot your server, open a console right in the browser and reinstall the system with any of the 11 Linux images: Debian, Ubuntu, AlmaLinux, Rocky Linux, Alpine or Fedora. The same place shows your usage graphs and lets you change the hostname.
The console keeps working when SSH stops answering, for example after a wrong firewall rule.

A virtual Linux server with full root that shares the node's public IPv4 address with other customers. In return it gets a public IPv6 address of its own and 20 IPv4 ports on request. That is also why it costs less than a VPS with a dedicated IPv4 address.
Open a ticket to Technical Support. You get 20 consecutive ports on the node's public IP, each forwarded to the same port number inside your server, for example 20001–20020. Then set your services to listen on those ports, including SSH if you want to connect over IPv4.
Yes, directly on the IPv6 address. Visitors who only have IPv4 cannot reach it on the usual ports 80 and 443, though, because those cannot be allocated to a single customer. You can put the site behind a proxy that accepts IPv6-only origins, such as Cloudflare. For an ordinary website, web hosting is the simpler choice.
Your server is created automatically after payment, usually within a few minutes. The access details arrive by email, and the console and all other options are in the client area.
Included traffic resets on the 1st of every month. If you use it all before then, the server is suspended until the next reset, so pick a plan with some headroom if you expect peaks.
On very small amounts, the payment processing fee would take too large a share of the price on every invoice. Annual billing keeps the equivalent monthly price low. NVPS 1, 2 and 4 can be paid from 3 months, and NVPS 6 and 8 monthly as well.
You do. We look after the infrastructure, the network and node availability. The operating system, your applications, their updates, security and the backup of your data remain your responsibility.
A NAT VPS is cheap because it shares the node's IPv4 address with other customers. That has a few consequences worth knowing up front:
